10 Trade Updates Inside the MFG Portfolio!!
1. Sofi Technologies, Inc (SOFI)
SOFI SOFI 0.00%↑ popped 11% after the fintech company announced a $2 billion pact for personal loans with funds managed by Fortress Investment Group. This will expand SoFi’s loan-platform business. SOFI banged an extreme-high RSI. Now is the time to trim shares if it’s a swing trade. Personally, I’m not trimming here. I believe the company is worth much more. According to analyst Michael from Morningstar, SOFI has a fair value of $13 and is currently trading undervalued.
2. Triple Leveraged Bonds Trade (TMF)
Bonds TLT 0.00%↑ are in a stage 4 decline and trading at an extreme-low RSI reading. I called an audible on Friday and added to my 3x leveraged bonds trade TMF TMF 0.00%↑ . Whenever I call an audible, I believe the bottom is in. Price stopped right at the 200-day SMA, the RSI hit an extreme-low, and the MACD histogram ticked upwards. The anatomy of a stage 1 is forming; however, notice the TSI hasn’t curled and price hasn’t closed above the 5-day EMA yet. I’m drip adding shares here. Also, notice previous resistance becoming support. Remember, when trading leveraged funds, to use the un-leveraged chart for your analysis and moves. TMF is a 3x leveraged bonds ETF, so you would use the TLT chart.
3. Reddit Inc. (RDDT)
RDDT RDDT 0.00%↑ hit its target zone of $74-76 and tagged an extreme-high RSI reading. It’s time to lock in gains here. I plan to trim down to a core position and add on the next stage 1. The MFG has traded RDDT perfectly since its IPO. Congratulations to those of you in the RDDT trade!!
4. Maplebear Inc (CART)
CART CART 0.00%↑ blew through its target zone of $38-39 and recently banged an extreme-high RSI reading. Notice the doji bar in line with the extreme RSI reading. This trade has given the MFG two profit taking opportunities so far. This reinforces the idea of letting winners run. I personally haven’t trimmed any shares yet because I have high long-term conviction in this stock. Congratulations to those of you in the CART trade!!
5. Krispy Kreme Inc. (DNUT)
DNUT DNUT 0.00%↑ is in a stage 1 accumulation zone. It failed its breakout attempt on Friday. I except a turn around this week. There is confluence of the Money Flow indicators. The MACD histogram is ticking upwards, the TSI has curled and is about to cross, and price is above the 5-day EMA. The B&B swing trade target is the 200-day SMA. Look to trim shares on an extreme-high RSI reading (RSI>70). I’m holding this stock until it hits its true value range of $14-15.
6. Lyft Inc. (LYFT)
The stage 2 uptrend in LYFT LYFT 0.00%↑ has regained its momentum. The MFG took profits on September 20th. I’m looking to trim shares again on an extreme-high RSI reading or previous high zone $20. According to analyst Malik from Morningstar, LYFT has a fair value of $15.00 and is trading fairly valued.
7. Adobe Systems, Inc. (ADBE)
A stage 2 breakout is underway in ADBE ADBE 0.00%↑ . I added to my position today. The breakout is usually the last chance to buy. You could look to add shares on any pullback, but once the RSI gets above 50, the trade is past a buy point. According to analyst Dan from Morningstar, ADBE has a fair value of $635 and is currently trading undervalued. This is a nice opportunity here.
8. C3.ai Inc. (AI)
AI AI 0.00%↑ has hit an extreme-high RSI reading. It’s time to trim shares here. Remember, we’re in a bull market, take some profits, but let the rest run. You never know how far stocks can go especially if they go on a runaway. Congratulations to those of you who had the patience to stay with the AI trade!!
9. CleanSpark, Inc (CLSK)
CLSK CLSK 0.00%↑ broke out and popped over 12% today following the breakout in Bitcoin (BTC). This trade is past a buy point here. I also got into the Bitcoin Miners ETF WGMI WGMI 0.00%↑ which broke out today. The crypto trade is over here. You could look to add shares on any weakness (RSI<50) or on the next stage 1 zone.
10. Uber Technologies, Inc (UBER)
We saw a beautiful move out of UBER UBER 0.00%↑ on Friday after the “disappointment” from the Tesla TSLA 0.00%↑ Robotaxi Event. UBER is trading at an extreme-high RSI reading here. It’s time to lock in gains for swing traders. I didn’t sell any shares here. According to analyst Malik from Morningstar, UBER is fair valued at $80, but rumor has it, it got upgraded. I believe UBER is going to $1,000 one day. This is my favorite stock and I haven’t trimmed any shares. Congratulations to those of you in the UBER trade!!
