Hey MFG!
We have a beautiful stage 2 breakout underway here in Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). My goal is to accumulate 50 coins of BCH. Gold (GLD) continued to climb higher yesterday. The S&P 500 (SPY), the Diamonds (DIA), and the Nasdaq (QQQ) have started some sideways movement. The breakout in Bonds (TLT) looks to be losing some momentum and Oil (USO) is still in a stage 1 accumulation zone.
Last night, I trimmed my BTC Futures position. I’m keeping a close eye on DNUT, CART, DASH, WBD, SHOP, LYFT, and UBER.
My last message to you was about my last few swing trades. Since then, we’ve taken profits in utilities (XLU/UTSL), CELH, GOOG, AAPL, AGQ, and NUGT. WGMI, MARA, RIOT, CLSK, and BITX are all in stage 2 breakouts. You could add to these positions on any weakness.

Today's message is about GraniteShares 2x Long COIN ETF (CONL), a 2x leveraged fund of Coinbase (COIN). Yesterday, price broke above the 20-day SMA, confirming a stage 2 breakout according to the Money Flow Trading System.
Typically, leveraged funds are not meant to be held long term. This gives us a perfect opportunity to open a leveraged swing trade in CONL. When trading leveraged funds, it’s important to use the un-leveraged chart to make your analysis.

Quick Explanation of Leveraged Funds
Usually, traders use leveraged funds to speculate on short-term market movements, aiming for quick profits.
A leveraged fund is a type of ETF that uses financial derivatives and debt to amplify the returns of an underlying index.
These funds aim to deliver multiples of the performance of the index they track, such as 2x or 3x the daily return. Leveraged funds achieve this by borrowing money or using financial instruments like options and futures to increase their market exposure.
They are designed to meet their stated objective on a daily basis, meaning a 2x leveraged ETF; for example, seeks to provide twice the daily return of its benchmark index.
There are two main types of leveraged funds: bull (long) leveraged funds, which aim to amplify the gains of the underlying index, and bear (inverse) leveraged funds, which seek to deliver the opposite of the amplified returns, effectively allowing investors to profit from a decline in the index.
Leveraged funds offer several advantages, including the potential for enhanced returns and capital efficiency, as they allow investors to gain larger market exposure with a smaller initial investment.
They are particularly useful for short-term trading strategies, such as day trading or swing trading, where traders can take advantage of market volatility.
It’s important to note, leveraged funds also come with significant risks. The use of leverage can amplify losses as well as gains, and the daily resetting mechanism can lead to volatility decay, where the fund's performance diverges from the expected multiple of the underlying index's long-term performance

Purchase a hard copy of Gerald’s trading strategy book called The Money Flow Trading System.
We never know where the market is going to go. We do know the stock market climbs higher 70% of the time. Check your charts everyday and keep in flow.
If you need help with this, consider Gerald's course, "Getting Started with Stock Charts the Money Flow Way" and you will be ready to add shares to your portfolios on stage 1 when the markets are about to possibly rotate and trim profits when opportunities arise.
They say that you can’t buy bottoms or sell tops; The Money Flow Trading System can show you how to buy ALL the tops and the bottoms and stay in the flow.
That is what the Money Flow Trading System is all about. Being in flow with the stock market. Simple? YES! Easy? NO, but what in life that is worth having is? Stay the course, don't give up and don't get shaken out by wars, the Fed raising rates, rumors of recession, or any other event that may come.
Don't forget, 70% of the time the stock market climbs higher and the other 30% sets up for good buying opportunities.
Great article to start the day! Thank you GP
