3. Day to day News flow- Yahoo Finance, Barron’s, Fox Business, CNBC. You must be aware and know what is going on in the financial news to be in flow with the markets. You must observe Fed rates and interest rates to see the bigger picture. You don’t need to take any action. You just need to read and be aware.

4. No one knows where the stock market is going; not a human on Earth knows. Understand the value of your charts and be able to recognize social sentiment. We don’t chase stocks in the Money Flow.

VI. Confluence

Confluence is an area in the market where two or more structures come together to form a high probability buy or sell zone.

Confluence also refers to the price movement where you see multiple trade signals lining up on your charts that are “signaling” you to take a trade.

Confluence using the Money Flow is when an anchor point is established, the RSI reading is an extreme-low (-30) and both signal a possible reversal in the trend movement of the price.

Add established support and a price breakout above the 5-day EMA and all signal the same possibility.

VII. Essential Principles

• Ride the wave. Let winners run!

• Cut the losers.

• Manage risk. Share size / targets.

• Use stops.

• Straight path. Stick to the rules of your system and ignore the news. Be aware of it, but don’t react to it.

VIII. Top 10 Mistakes Traders Make

1. Getting into a trade too late.

2. Trading the RSI wrong.

3. Trading without stop losses (day trading). Trading without soft stops (swing trading).

4. Skipping paper (practice) trading. Don’t rush to lose money.

5. Too many strategies and style drifting.

6. Trying to trade a trading style that you have no experience with, no emotional connection, or no psychological connection to the methodology and the trading rules.

7. Trying to rush the process. It takes time and practice to build a skill.

8. Not journaling or recording in some way.
