MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 12-15-24
The markets were exciting last week!! The Nasdaq (QQQ) hit a new all-time high and the Nasdaq Composite ($COMPQ) broke 20,000!!
Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at a new all-time high and now the leading asset class of The Wind. Price broke out through its stage 3 box signaling a potential new stage 2 breakout is underway.
The S&P 500 (SPY) started building out a stage 3 consolidation zone, while the Dow Jones (DIA) entered a stage 4 decline. Oil (USO) is in a stage 2 breakout right below its 200-day SMA.
The breakout in Gold (GLD) has lost its momentum and price closed below its 20-day SMA. Bonds (TLT) broke its anchor point and entered a stage 4 decline below its 200-day SMA.
Consumer Discretionary (XLY) was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Materials (XLB) was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another awesome one for the MFG portfolio! I collected even more money in weekly dividends and had a big win in HSY which popped over 20%!! I locked in profits in ADBE, BARK, TSLL, and SNOW.
We saw a beautiful move in WBD!! I didn’t trim any shares yet, it’s way undervalued here. I added to OXY, MRK, DOW, BORR, PFE, CPB, and MFA. I also have December future contracts on BTC, BCH, DOGE, and XLM.

Bitcoin (BTC) broke out of its stage 3 box signaling a potential stage 2 breakout is underway. The moving averages are in numerical alignment, the MACD histogram is ticking upwards, and the TSI is about to cross. There is confluence of the Money Flow indicators here.
