MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 3-23-25
The markets finished on a strong note again last week!!
Gold (GLD) hit another new record high and is the leading asset class of The Wind. Bonds (TLT) is still holding its stage 3 zone right along its 200-day SMA. We will see this week if bonds continue to move sideways, climb higher, or rollover.
Oil (USO) entered a stage 2 breakout and is trading right below its 200-day SMA. Bitcoin (BTC) is in stage 1 accumulation zone with a possible stage 2 breakout underway right above its 200-day SMA.
The major three indexes are in stage 1 accumulation zones. The Dow Jones (DIA) is the top performer out of The Big 3, while the Nasdaq (QQQ) is the lagging index.
The Russell 2000 Index (IWM) is in a stage 1 accumulation zone below its 200-day SMA. Energy (XLE) was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Consumer Staples (XLP) was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.
Last week was an awesome week for the MFG portfolio!! I collected a lot of lucrative dividends. We saw beautiful breakout moves in RIVN, JOBY, AMD, UBER, ROKU, ENVX, PLTR, and MSFT.
My Trade of The Week in Ford Motor Co. (F) completed its B&B trade! I locked in profits in half of my position. I also opened swing trades in CVNA and CAVA and added to my position trades in CONL, AMZU, UBRL, and TSLL.
This week, I’m keeping a close eye on XLP, PG, IBM, DNUT, KO, PEP, CPB, WMT, KHC, HSY, LMT, NUE, O, GILD, CRSP, SBUX, NKE, and ADBE.
I’m looking to accumulate shares of CE, CAT, HON, UAN, HAS, DOW, CUBE, IRM, DLR, OXY, HBI, ZIM, USA, ASG, BX, JPM, KRE, CRM, XLY, XLC, ARKK, AMZN, TSLA, AAPL, GOOG, NVDA, RACE, CART, ABNB, RDDT, SOFI, LYFT, CLSK, ETSY, CVNA, CHEF, CAVA, CMG, SNOW, AI, BORR, MBLY, BARK, TRUE, FUBO, WGMI, HLLY, SPYU, UPRO, UDOW, TQQQ, URTY, DPST, BITX, MSTX, FBL, LLYX, TSLL, NVDU, CONL, GGLL, AMZU, and SOFX.
