MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 3-9-25
The markets were exciting again last week!! Gold (GLD) is the leading asset class of The Wind with Bonds (TLT) following right behind. The Dow Jones (DIA) is forming a possible stage 1 zone above its 200-day SMA.
The S&P 500 (SPY) is in a stage 4 decline right above its 200-day SMA, while the Nasdaq (QQQ) is also in a stage 4 decline, but closed right below its 200-day SMA.
Bitcoin (BTC) is trying to hold its stage 1 zone, but looks to be possibly rolling over below its 200-day SMA. Oil (USO) is in a stage 4 decline below its 200-day SMA.
Health Care (XLV) was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Financials (XLF) was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.
Despite the market sell-off, last week was another awesome one for the MFG portfolio!! I collected a lucrative amount of dividends.
We saw beautiful moves out of VZ, LMT, HSY, DG, TREE, GD, AMGN, MPW, and KHC; just to name a few. My Trade of The Week in Campbell Soup, Co (CPB) popped over 7%!!
This week, I’m keeping a close eye on SPY, QQQ, DIA, USO, XLF, XLK, XLRE, XLU, XLY, KRE, KKR, IRM, BX, JPM, ET, COP, LLY, CRM, SBUX, NVDA, AMZN, TSLA, ABNB, ROKU, RACE, SNOW, MSTR, DASH, RDDT, CAVA, CMG, ETSY, CRWD, SOFI, JOBY, BARK, TRUE, RIVN, DRN, AMZU, TSLL, DPST, GUSH, UTSL, TQQQ, UPRO, SPYU, UDOW, and LLYX.
