MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 10-13-24
The markets have been on fire!! The Diamonds (DIA) closed at a new all-time high on Friday and are the leading asset class of The Wind.
The S&P 500 (SPY) is following right behind and also hit a new high. The Nasdaq (QQQ) finished the week strong as well.
All three of the major indexes are in solid stage 2 uptrends and still have room to move higher according to their RSI readings.
Gold (GLD) has entered a new stage 2 breakout. Oil (USO) is still in a stage 2 uptrend above its 200-day SMA.
Bitcoin (BTC) is in a stage 1 accumulation zone with a possible stage 2 breakout underway right below its 200-day SMA.
Bonds (TLT) are in a stage 4 decline and trading at an extreme-low RSI reading above its 200-day SMA.
Technology (XLK) was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Utilities (XLU) was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another amazing one for MFG portfolio! I further increased my weekly dividend income and have been profitable day trading.
We saw a beautiful move out of UBER, which popped over 10% on Friday. If you know me, then you know that’s my highest conviction stock! UBER was the best performing stock of the SPY on Friday, while TSLA was the worst! UBER is now trading at an extreme-high RSI reading. I’m not trimming any shares here.
I closed my trade in UTSL for a big gain, opened a swing trade in F, added F shares to my buy and hold portfolio, and started a B&B swing trade in MRK. I also called an audible on Bonds (TLT) and added to TMF.

Price got above the 5-day EMA (the trigger), so I bought some shares; however, price didn’t close above the 5-day EMA on Friday. I’m watching this trade closely for an entry to add more shares. If price breaks the stop loss zone, you can either close the trade if it was a swing trade or ride it down to the next stage 1 if its a position trade.

AIR AIR 0.00%↑ is currently at a support zone here. AIR prints perfect money flow swing patterns. The MFG has been trading this for a while now. Price tagged an extreme-low RSI reading signaling a bottom could be in. I’m waiting for a couple of more bars sideways and price to close above the 5-day EMA before adding to the trade.
Update on Tesla Robotaxi Day 🚨
Tesla plans to start robotaxi service in 2025 using Model 3 and Y vehicles, before Cybercab production. Tesla TSLA 0.00%↑ showed a full demo ride from the new Cybercab, its completely autonomous vehicle, and they gave updates in regard to its self-driving software, the new Robovan, Optimus robot, and inductive (wireless) charging. Elon mentioned Cybercab production will start sometime in 2026 or 2027 the latest.
