MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 10-6-24

The markets ended strong last week, even with the military tensions in the Middle East causing Crude Oil ($BRENT) to experience its biggest daily surge in nearly a year.

The markets look solid here. Inflation is easing, interest rates are coming down, more than expected jobs were added in September, and lower bond rates make stocks more attractive.

The Diamonds DIA 0.00%↑ closed at a record high on Friday. The S&P 500 SPY 0.00%↑ and the Nasdaq QQQ 0.00%↑ closed higher and their stage 2 uptrends still look strong here.

Gold GLD 0.00%↑ is in a stage 3 consolidation zone after hitting new all-time highs last month. Bonds TLT 0.00%↑ are in a stage 4 decline above their 200-day SMA.

A stage 2 breakout is underway in Bitcoin (BTC) and its trading back above its 200-day SMA. Oil USO 0.00%↑ is a in stage 2 uptrend and also broke through its 200-day SMA.

Energy XLE 0.00%↑ was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Consumer Staples XLP 0.00%↑ was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another great one for the MFG portfolio!! My Trade of the Week picks have been on fire, I've been crushing it with day trades, and my weekly dividend payouts are growing steadily.

If you did get stopped out, you can just get right back in if price quickly closes back above the stop loss zone. ETSY is still a buy and trading at a support zone here.

ADBE 0.00%↑ is currently at a support zone. Price looks to be building out a stage 1 accumulation zone here; however, price is not above the 5-day EMA. Once price, gets above the 5-day EMA, that will be the trigger to enter the trade. I’m watching ADBE closely this week for an entry. ADBE has a fair value of $635 and currently trading 20% undervalued. This is a nice opportunity here.

Thursday is Tesla Robotaxi Day

Thursday, October 10th is a highly anticipated day for Tesla TSLA 0.00%↑ , as the company is set to unveil its long-awaited Robotaxi at an event called “We, Robot.”

The event, happening at Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles, is expected to showcase Tesla’s latest advancements in autonomous vehicles. TSLA has been teasing its Robotaxi fleet for years, and this event could mark a major leap toward the future of self-driving transportation.

Alongside the Robotaxi, analysts expect Tesla to provide updates on its self-driving software and possibly introduce a lower-cost vehicle and the Optimus humanoid robot.

This announcement is seen as a significant moment for TSLA, especially as they aim to disrupt the ride-sharing industry with fully autonomous taxis. There's a lot of excitement surrounding this event, as Tesla's push into autonomy is a key part of its future strategy.
