MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 12-8-24
The markets were on fire again last week!! All three of the major indexes tagged new all-time highs. The Nasdaq (QQQ) was the best performing asset class of The Wind with the S&P 500 (SPY) right behind. Both assets are trading at near or extreme-high RSI readings.
Bitcoin (BTC) made history last week and broke $100K!! It’s still holding its solid stage 3 consolidation zone. You never know when a stage 3 will become a stage 1 so always be ready to execute. The Diamonds (DIA) is in a stage 3 zone looking like it may rollover.
Bonds (TLT) are in a beautiful stage 2 uptrend above its 200-day SMA. Gold (GLD) is in a stage 1 accumulation zone above its 200-day SMA, while Oil (USO) is also in stage 1, but below its 200-day SMA. I’m watching oil and gold closely this week for trade setups.
Consumer Discretionary (XLY) was the best performing sector of the S&P 500 (SPY), while Energy (XLE) was the worst. Be patient and stay in flow.

Bitcoin (BTC) is still holding its solid stage 3 consolidation zone.
Price is above the 5-day EMA, the TSI is about to cross, the MACD histogram is ticking upwards, and the moving averages are in numerical alignment. We could possibly see this stage 3 turn into a stage 1 and breakout again.

👉👉BTC and other crypto coins can run hot on extreme-high RSIs for a while during crypto bull runs. There has been parabolic movement. Let your positions run.
👉👉There’s absolute no rush to sell any crypto stocks or coins here. Take some profits at extreme-highs, but let the rest run. I’ve had 400-500% returns. Crypto and the stock market can go higher than you can imagine!!
