The Sunday Edition of the Money Flow Newsletter

MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 5-26-24

The markets continued to climb a bit higher this past week, but now the markets are starting to move sideways and consolidate. The Nasdaq (QQQ) was the best performing asset class of the Wind with the S&P 500 (SPY) right behind.

A stage 2 uptrend is still underway in Bitcoin (BTC). OIL (USO) is also in a stage 2 breakout right above its 200-day SMA. The Diamonds (DIA) has entered a stage 4 decline along with Bonds (TLT), which is back below its 200-day SMA.

Gold (GLD) is also entering a possible stage 4 decline. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was a pretty boring week for the MFG portfolio. That's okay; sometimes the best move in the market is to do nothing- just watch.

I haven’t put out much in the way of trades lately, honestly I’m concerned about market liquidity. The MFG has plenty of open trades right now. I'm letting things pan out while we see how things play out.
