The Sunday Edition of the Money Flow Newsletter

MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 6-23-24

The markets continue to climb higher, with the S&P 500 (SPY) and the Nasdaq (QQQ) still trading at extreme-high RSI readings.

These extreme RSI readings are not a reason to short. The market does not necessarily have to correct with a price decline; it can also correct by moving sideways.

Oil (USO) and Bonds (TLT) are in stage 2 uptrends above their 200-day SMA. The Dow Jones (DIA) broke out, and Gold (GLD) is still in a stage 1 accumulation zone.

Bitcoin (BTC) has broken support and entered a stage 4 decline. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another great week for the MFG portfolio! The QQQ and the SPY hit new all-time highs again, and we saw nice pops in TSLA, HAS, BMY, and GILD.

I broke $60,000 in dividends in my margin account with a current annual income of $61,595.

Last week, I trimmed my BnB swing trade in GILD in half and rolled profits forward into BMY. I’m currently letting my trades run with the markets trading at extreme-high RSI readings, and I’m looking to trim my 2x leveraged swing trade in crude oil UCO this week.

I’m keeping a close eye on BTC, BCH, ETRN, DOW, AI, LYFT, SOFI, WBD, and COIN.

I’m looking to accumulate more shares of WBA, UAN, INTC, MPW, NUE, HBI, COP, CVX, CRM, PFE, FE, TSLR, DNUT, and extreme-yield funds ULTY, IWMY, GDXY, KLIP, YBIT, SQY, PYPY, OARK, CLM/CRF, and XOMO.
