MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 6-30-24
The S&P 500 (SPY) continues to lead the Wind with the Nasdaq (QQQ) right behind. Price moved a bit sideways for both of these assets which are no longer trading at extreme-high RSI readings.
Oil (USO) continues to climb higher and trade above its 200-day SMA. The Dow Jones (DIA) is still in a stage 2 uptrend and Gold (GLD) is still in a stage 1 accumulation zone.
Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are back in stage 1 accumulation zones. I just bought 29 July futures contracts on BTC on the Coinbase futures exchange platform.
Bonds (TLT) looks to be rolling over into a possible stage 4 decline.
We saw a nice move into Regional Banking stocks (KRE) and the Russell 2000 (IWM) outperformed the SPY and the QQQ last week. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another great week for the MFG portfolio. I collected a lot of dividends and further increased my annual income to $63,000 in my margin account.
We saw beautiful moves in T, TSLA, ROKU, and ENVX.
I opened a swing trade in FCX and a B&B trade in MCD. I also started a position in BXMTand added to SOFI.

Accept responsibility for your future. Refuse to complain, criticize, or blame others. If you want me to help you achieve your goals, then trust and follow my advice. Stop doubting it and have faith.
Set realistic expectations and know that 10-12% is a high rate of return. If you get a 12% return, you can get rich by doubling your money every 6 years.
Understand how the rich build and create wealth. There's no more excuses, you cannot afford to be ignorant anymore. You must pay yourself first, get your buckets right, and prioritize your financial education.
Recognize that your net investable income (the amount of cash you have left after spending and saving) is the most important factor in determining how quickly you will become wealthy.
