MFG STATE OF THE MARKET 8-25-24
The markets continued to climb higher this past week! The Dow Jones (DIA) was the leading asset class of “The Wind.” Gold (GLD) hit another new all-time high.
The S&P 500 (SPY) also climbed higher. I may trim some shares of UPRO this week. Bonds (TLT) are still in a stage 2 uptrend above their 200-day SMA. A stage 2 is underway in Bitcoin (BTC) right above its 200-day SMA.
The Nasdaq (QQQ) is also in a stage 2 uptrend, but has started put in some sideways movement. A stage 2 breakout is underway in Oil (USO) right above its 200-day SMA. Be patient and stay in flow.

Last week was another awesome week for the MFG portfolio!
We saw beautiful breakout moves in BTC, MSTR, CART, FCX, and the infamous MFG trade in 2x leveraged regional banks DPST.
I trimmed 15% of my 2x leveraged AMD swing trade AMDL and added to GOOX. The MFG Discord also took profits in ROKU and MMM.

This week, I’m keeping a close eye on SNOW, X, and MPW.
I’m looking to accumulate shares KSS, DOW, INTC, WBA, OXY, SCHW, PFE, NUE, ABNB, CELH, UCO, CLSK, ENVX, SNAP, and extreme-yield funds ABNY, AMZY, GOOY, BITO, YBIT, and USOI. I plan to add to positions in RDDT, DAL, and F on any weakness.
